Green Hour Gathering

EE NSW and AAEE are thrilled to invite you to their Green Hour Gathering Sundowner!
Whilst traditionally a welcome ceremony, our attendees will have already spent all day together on field trips. Welcome didn’t seem so fitting anymore.
Instead, the gathering will give conference attendees the chance to hang-out, network and reflect on a green-filled day, before the formal conference kicks off on Tuesday. Be graced by the sounds of the Black Swan Choir and Manoa, and receive the wisdom of the elders from David Tribe.
We’ll be fed by Balinise Spice Magic, and filled with refreshments by local brewery 5 Barrels and a local winery, each having their own sustainability initiatives and processes to help leave a more positive impact.

Conference Dinner
Tuesday, 26 September 2023
Here’s your chance to relax after the conference. While sitting back and reflecting on the day, reconnect with old friends you haven’t seen in a while, show us your moves on the dance floor, and enjoy a sumptuous dinner, with alternate drops of meals, one including indigenous elements and twists and the other focusing on vegetarian food. The menu has been curated by the chefs and will embrace local produce, sustainability and ethical farming.

Tickets: $110 per ticket, purchased separately to conference registration. Alcoholic drinks are not included in the cost, as we are conscious not everyone drinks alcohol and to ensure ticket prices remain inclusive. A cash bar will be available on the evening.
