Everything you need to know as a sponsor of the AAEE2021 Biennial National Conference
Key Dates
Friday, 30 July – Marketing Materials
We will provide promotion of your conference sponsorship and organisation through out the lead-up and during the event. Please have all relevant materials to us by Friday, 16th July. You will find more information below.
Tuesday, 31st August – Registration
We need to have your guests registered by the end of August. This ensures we correctly understand any accessibility or dietary requirements our guests have, and we can have an accurate idea of attendance. We would appreciate your registration as soon as possible. Please see further down the portal for more information.
Wednesday, 15th September – Banners

16/7 – Company Information
To ensure we can adequately and correctly promote your sponsorship of the conference, we require several marketing materials from you. Please see the below and submit to Florian at florian@partnerandprosper.com.au by Friday, 16th July.

200 word company profile
A4 full page advertisement to be included in program booklet
Tier 2
High quality logo, preferably png format
100 word company profile
A4 1/2 page advertisement to be included in program booklet

31/7 – Exhibitor Information
You are entitled to an exhibition space in the foyer for the duration of the conference. Please submit your details to the following form to receive the exhibitor manual. The manual will guide you through the logistics and need-to-knows of hosting an exhibition stand at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre. Florian will be in touch to confirm any final details and answer your burning questions.

31/8 – Registration
As a sponsor for the AAEE Conference you will receive complimentary registration for a certain number of guests to the conference and dinner. To ensure we can cater for your guests, please register them by clicking on the button below. Although you are entitled to full 3-day conference registration, we understand you may not be able to make all 3 days. Please select the most viable option for you when making your ticket selection through the form.

4 x 3-Day Conference Registration (inclusive of conference dinner)

15/9 – Banners
You are permitted to bring company banners to the conference. Your package will stipulate as to where you can place these, and you will be shown on the day. Please either bring your banner down to the conference with you, or send them to the Partner&Prosper Office by Wednesday, 15th September using the delivery label below and we will take them down for you.
Please note, we are not responsible for the delivering of your banners back to you after the event. Please take them back from the conference yourself or let Partner&Prosper know you will be collecting them from their office, and they will look after them until a decided date.

1 x sponsor-provided free-standing pull-up banner in the registration area (max. 2m high by 1m wide)

Marketing
We appreciate any help we can get in promoting our conference to your audiences. Below we have included some downloadable materials as well as relevant links to share with whoever may be interest! You can include the email signature in your emails and post the sponsor badge to your social media. Make sure you tag the Australian Association for Environmental Education when sharing, and use the hashtags #aaee #aaee21
Accommodation
Please find special rates for the conference on our accommodation page. Keep in mind, it is a long weekend and rooms will book out quickly! We recommend getting in as soon as possible, at least a month before the event to ensure you can secure suitable accommodation.
We have negotiated special rates for The Atrium, The Sebel and Mandurah Ocean Marina Chalets. Accommodation is also available through Airbnb, and there are many other hotels in the area. Again, get in early, it’s a long weekend!
