The AAEE’s 21st Biennial National Conference in 2021 will attract over 300 dedicated sustainability and educational professionals from across Australia, New Zealand, our overseas neighbours and MOU Partners in the United States, Japan, and Abu Dhabi.


In the lead-up to the delayed conference, we’re bringing you a one-day virtual conference that introduces the themes for the 2021 conference, Mandjoogoordap: Changing Tides. 

It will give our sustainability and educational professionals a chance to connect and learn in a virtual setting, and set the tone for next year’s conference.

Registration Terms & Conditions

Full Registration
The Full Registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • All sessions across the one-day conference
  • Access to virtual chat sessions with speakers immediately after their sessions

NGO Rate Conditions

If you are attending from a Non-Government Organisation (NGO) or a Not-for-Profit Organisation (NFP), we’d like to offer you access to our Full Day Conference Tickets at members pricing. Please keep in mind, as an organisation, you will need to provide us with your Company Name, ABN and Work Address, as well as some extra details during the registration process.

Registration confirmation

Your registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email, with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

Access information will be forwarded to you prior to the one-day conference. 

Group Registration

A group discount of 10% is available for any organisation that has five (5) or more delegates register to attend the Conference.

In addition, a group discount of 10% is available for the following AAEE membership categories when three (3) or more delegates register to attend the Conference.

> Individual or Family AAEE members

If there are three (3) or more Individual or Family AAEE members in the one organisation, then they are all eligible for the discounted group registration rate.

> School/Small NGO members

If your organisation is a School/Small NGO AAEE member, your organisation is eligible for two (2) AAEE Membership registration rates.

Please note, to qualify for the group registration rate you will need to have an additional Individual or Family AAEE member in your organisation.

Existing School/Small NGO AAEE members can apply to upgrade their membership from School/Small NGO to Corporate to take advantage of the Conference’s discounted group registration rate by contacting AAEE at

> Corporate member

If your organisation is a Corporate member, your organisation is eligible for four (4) delegates to attend the Conference at the Members discounted group registration rate.

Credit Card payment

The preferred method of payment for the Conference is by credit card. Please visit our secure website to register and book your tickets in real time. Tax receipts are provided on completion of your registration.

Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.


Invoice payment

If you require an invoice before proceeding with registration, this option is available through the registration link.

Please complete your registration as normal and click on the ‘Pay by invoice’ option at checkout. An invoice will then be sent to your registered email address. Payment is due within 30 days.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Organiser. Cancellation fees are outlined below:

Virtual Conference Registration

Before 14 September 2020 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations on or after 14 September will not receive a refund.



Tickets may be transferred to another guest / delegate. Please advise the Conference Organiser on or 08 9443 3468 to make the transfer.

The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Organisers will accept liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference Organisers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
